All events are age 14+ events.
Anyone under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.
ID is required to purchase alcohol if you look under 25.

All bags are searched. Oversized bags will be refused entry.
✔ Camping Chairs (Only if you cannot stand for long periods of time and have evidence to prove this).
Allowed. Stewards may direct you to designated chair areas, please do not use these in standing areas for health and safety purposes.

1. Ticket Types
Accessible Area – This has limited availability.
If accessible area has sold out, customers who still require support can apply for a PA/Carer ticket only.
With approved eligibility, you will still be able to use the accessible toilets and facilities behind the viewing area, even without a dedicated viewing ticket. Toilets: All public accessible toilets are RADAR-key locked. Please bring your RADAR key.
2. Proof of Eligibility (Required)
Provide one of the following:
Access Card with +1 symbol
PIP or DLA letter (showing carer support required)
Medical letter confirming you require a carer
Other relevant documentation confirming your access needs Email proof to hello@jbmmusic.com within 7 days of booking.
3. PA/Carer Tickets – Step by Step
Purchase your standard ticket via Skiddle.
Email hello@jbmmusic.com with:
Your Skiddle order number
Proof of eligibility (see Section 3)
Confirmation you require a PA/Carer ticket only (not a platform or ground-level viewing ticket)
Approval: If approved, we’ll add a complimentary PA/Carer ticket to your booking.
Do not purchase a PA/Carer ticket yourself. You will not be fefunded.
4. Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket – Step by Step
Request approval Email hello@jbmmusic.com with:
Your full name
Proof of eligibility
Confirmation you require the a PA/Carer ticket
Receive password
If approved, we’ll send you a password to unlock the Access Viewing Platform ticket on Skiddle.
Purchase your platform ticket
Use the password to purchase the Access Viewing Platform ticket via Skiddle. (One platform ticket per eligible customer +1.
Send your order number Reply to hello@jbmmusic.com with your Skiddle order number so we can link your booking and, if approved, add your complimentary PA/Carer ticket.
On the day
Bring your ID and eligibility proof.
Collect your platform wristband via the Accessible Entrance.
Your PA/Carer must enter with you.
Accessible toilets are located behind/near the platform.

• Allow extra time for arrival and exit
• Respect the surrounding area and residents
